For Online and In-store Purchases
Refunds are not available on any products purchased in our store or through online store. We package our products very safely and securely to prevent any damage to product, and we will only able to exchange products if manufacture defect found or wrong item has been shipped. Customers are fully liable for custom stitched products and we won't accept exchange request unless manufacture defect or shipping damage has been reported within 24 hours of receiving item.
We will gladly exchange products within 15 working days of purchase if the item has been returned back in its original condition and unworn, with proof of purchase. Customers has to pay for any shipping to return the product to us.
We are unable to exchange for jewelry due to hygiene and infection control purposes.
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.
Once you have reported the problem to us in given time frame, you need to dispatch the defected product to us within 5 working days. Once we have received your product, we will deliver the exchanged item within 10-15 working days.
Within New Zealand Only
Items will be delivered within in 10-15 working days
We offer free delivery on orders $200 and over; any order under $200 will be charged a delivery fee which is non-refundable.
Products will be delivered on working days, Monday to Friday. No delivery will be made on public holidays and weekends.
For Custom Stitching
We have given precise instructions and videos to help you know how to take measurement for certain products requiring custom stitching. Customer will be responsible for provided measurements during checkout process. We do not take any responsibility if you have given the incorrect measurements during checkout process; therefore no refunds can be issued if anything is wrong with fitting. It is advised to check your measurements carefully before you make an order online.
To Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order and if such action is required, customer will be notified immediately via provided details and money will be refunded.
